PART OF THE COMMUNITY
With over 30 years of ministry in Capo and surrounding areas, Montage Fellowship has been a vessel for thousands to experience the word of God. Through compassion and camaraderie, our staff is dedicated to building communities of open hearts and open minds.

PASTOR LORI COLEMAN
Lori studied at the Living Word School of Ministry and Missions, the District Council of the Assemblies of God, and at the Southern School of Ministry, from which she earned a Masters in Ministry and was later honored with a Doctorate of Divinity.
Pastor Lori’s unique style of ministry and giving spirit are woven into the fibers of Montague Fellowship making it a warm and welcoming place for all walks of life to gather. She opens herself to the guidance of God and teaches with simplicity and realism.

MARK FOWLICK, ASSOCIATE PASTOR
Mark currently serves as Associate Pastor of Senior Adults and Compassion Ministries at Montague Fellowship. He oversees all ministries that seek to make God’s grace known to those often forgotten.

Prior to coming to Montague, Mark spent six years serving at the Unity Church of Chicago. He also successfully led partner and open hearts outreach at Salvation Rock Church and Circle Urban Ministries in Blue Stone, IN.

ROBIN SHOALS, OFFICE ASSISTANT
Robin has been a member of Montague Fellowship since 2005. She began serving as both Church Office Manager and Pastor’s Assistant shortly after her first visit. Robin manages several support initiatives including Senior Saturdays, Bible Theatre, and other special events. Robin counts it as a privilege to work in the same building in which she worships each Sunday.

MARLENE BRUTE, PRESCHOOL DIRECTOR
Marlene is a graduate of Walden University with a degree in Early Childhood education. With a passion for teaching and her love for God, Marlene's path to a career in academia was inevitable.
She has been involved in ministry as far back as high school, where she taught Sunday School class for elementary students. Marlene is the Director of Operations for Montague Learning Center.

GABRIELLE GOODWIN, CHOIR DIRECTOR
A native to Montague Fellowship, Gabrielle was raised in the church. She and her brother Gordon are the founding members of “Walking on Water, ” Montague’s acclaimed praise and worship team.
When asked to join the Ministry staff as Choir Director, Gabrielle felt especially proud. When she’s not volunteering in the community, she enjoys writing, composing music and spending time with her nieces and nephews. She is currently obtaining her Foursquare ministry license.

TAMMY FISHER, TREASURER
Tammy’s skillset is vast and she’s been sharing her talents with churches in the midwest for over 15 years. She is devoted to Montague Fellowship and has been the church and MLC preschool treasurer for nine years. Tammy also volunteers at the preschool and is the Hospitality ministry lead, welcoming all newcomers to the Montague Fellowship family.
Tammy received her Associates degree in interior design from Demerest College and has been creating beautiful rooms and environments for families throughout Capo. She also runs a home daycare for children 1 year to 3 years old. In her free time, Tammy enjoys interior decorating, hosting gatherings at her home and spending time with her family.

RUBEN VELASQUEZ, HEAD TELLER
Ruben is the first to arrive and many times the last to leave Montague Fellowship on any given Sunday. As Head Teller, he’s responsible for greeting all Sunday worshippers. Ruben has been volunteering at Montague since 2013 as a singer in Walking on Water, as Pastor Lori’s community liaison, and on the treasurer’s team.

When he’s not at Montague you can find Ruben on various social channels sharing positive and spiritual messages with the world through hip hop music. Ruben can be found on all social platforms - @BigRu.
DOUG LAFLIN, FINANCIAL SECRETARY
Doug has been bookkeeper of Montague Fellowship for 23 years, making him the longest serving member of the church. With a bachelor's in accounting from Eastern Illinois University, Doug has over 37 years of experience, and enjoys using his bookkeeping skills to serve the church.

Although he has battled health issues throughout the years, Doug still enjoys spending time with his four children, adding new machines to his typewriter collection and playing poker.
