Many years ago, shortly after I obtained my Bachelor's degree, I secured a job as a Facility Manager with Parks & Recreation. The job wasn’t something I’d normally be attracted to but, I was pursuing my Masters and needed to do something to make ends meet. While on site one day, I met a well respected elder in the community. She inquired about what I was doing in the area and made mention of how disconnected I appeared. She was right. Although the job paid very well, the work was deeply unfulfilling. She proceeded to share a bit of wisdom: “See it through the seasons, then make a decision about your next move.” “Through the seasons,” I said to myself. I loathed every moment at that job and I was ready to go. But with her words on repeat, I found peace. Moment by moment, day by day, week by week, her words begin to unfold into the most beautiful revelation.

Three months later, I was transferred to a department where I could truly thrive and spread my wings. Had I given up months prior, who knows where I might have landed. I’m thankful God encouraged me to take heed to the elder’s insight.

Montague Fellowship is going through its own season of change. I’ve observed it carefully over the past year and a half, we have come to a crossroad. Members of Montague Fellowship, we need your help. It has been brought to my attention there are a few cracks in our spiritual foundation and our beloved Montague FellowSHIP is in troubled waters. With your help, we can bring it safely to shore. We’re asking you all to dig deep, and reach far and wide, to donate what you can. Although we receive tithes and offerings on Sundays, we still need to bridge the gap. We appreciate you in advance and look forward to seeing you on Sunday.

Breathe in the joy of God, breathe out love, abundance, and wisdom.

Feel free to donate any time at our church office or e-mail Robin at rollingwithrobin@memail.com

Hearsay? On my Christian forum? Nonsensical! Disreputable!

"Whoever slanders his neighbor secretly I will destroy." Psalm 101:5

I pray for God to have mercy upon you, because I SURE WON'T.
